It was very close to Scotch Corner, a secluded alleyway and storage space, good location overall.

Actually everything was wonderful, my next choice again in Richmond. I stayed for a wedding celebration and the hotel was fairly clean and the staff was accommodating and exceptional. The location was stunning - a few steps away from everywhere I wanted to go. The venue was set in a lovely area.

It was a good location for us, near other areas and Richmond itself, and the beer garden.

The units are newly remodelled, beautiful with a settee as well as a bed. Nice touch to have an ironing set, a coffee/tea maker, and a work desk. The location of the hotel in Richmond is lovely, just next door to Scotch Corner, and a secluded alleyway.

Great location for work visit, lovely room, friendly staff, excellent food, comfortable bed. No issues with TV or wifi, walk into town. Looking forward to the new deli. Amazing wine and local beer.

Greatly enjoyed our stay, had pleasant 1 day overall. There was exceptional food, the staff was accommodating. Location: the hotel was short walk to the the pub, a secluded alleyway and other areas. Also, it was 15 minutes drive to Folly Tower. Could be great for a wedding celebration.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel seems like a great place for a wedding ceremony. The units are newly decorated, neat with mirrors, modern bathroom, as for instance. The location is lovely and the stuff is accommodating. Would come here again cos I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The room we booked was big and new-fashioned with clean facilities as well as comfy bed.

The location was particularly good and incredible for Richmond, near to Scotch Corner, a secluded alleyway, and the the pub. The double room had all necessary amenities.

Had 1 night in Richmond, spending our time here lovely. This was our 2nd stay, they offered double room with a settee as well as a bed.

It was fairly clean, staff was welcoming and polite. The breakfast offered a great selection of exceptional meals.

We stayed at a cozy inn with a nicely decorated restaurant and bar that served delicious tapas. The location was perfect as it was situated in a neighbouring village, but still easily accessible by transport. The service was amazing, with staff that were attentive but not overbearing. the courtyard area had a great atmosphere, and the check-in and check-out process was easy and contactless.

The walls in the room were quite thin, and noise from other guests kept us awake for most of the night. Despite this, the room itself was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom.
